Card 1: A Transformation Skill you need right now: Claim Your Boundaries

We tend to think of boundaries as something we construct, but I like to think of them as natural borders that are already in place within us.

They define not only our personal space, but also the ways of being that are right for us.

Sometimes we don’t consciously know what our personal boundaries are, because they are not something we’ve been taught to focus on (in fact, most of the time we’re taught to ignore our own boundaries).

But our boundaries come with built-in signals that tell us when something’s not right for us, and one of the most common signals is anger.

You can always tell where your boundaries are being violated by looking at the situations that make you angry.

Think back to the last time you were mad.

Can you identify the boundary that was violated?

As you become more comfortable claiming and enforcing your boundaries, you’ll be aligning more and more with your own divine blueprint.

You’re creating a conscious connection with your own soul purpose, and drawing from its powerful energy.

But you don’t have to start expressing or enforcing all your boundaries right away!

Right now just focus on getting clear with yourself about what your boundaries are, because that will create the foundation you need in order to be able to naturally communicate them.

It’s okay to take small, steady steps, becoming more and more aware of your true boundaries as you continue to tune in to your authentic self.

Feel your Guardian Dragon standing at your side, and see the radiance of Its heart lighting up every part of you.

In that light, see your own divine blueprint as a pattern spread throughout your body and energy system.
